Summary: The hotel is nice & clean. The cleaning staff cleans the rooms every day, without your request like lost hotels post covid. Feels classy & the rooms are big. The hotel staff are friendly & professional. Plenty of parking & in a good area.

Summary: I have stayed here multiple times but started to notice wear an tear this time. The faucet handles did not work well and the AC was having a hard time keeping the room cold. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Summary: Just here for the weekend to get kiddo ready for fall not to hangout at the hotel. It had all the basic necessities. The room itself had been updated, it was clean. Compared to what Lubbock has to offer, this is a good value.

Summary: A great experience in total. A well priced property that’s in great condition. The staff was friendly and Maria guided me through the check in process. I loved the room, the shower and the nice towels.

Summary: The first room we were in had large water damaged area's in the ceiling and the ac unit had mildew or mold growing in it. The second room we were moved into still had significant mildew or mold in the ac unit and the bottom of the tub was painted. The paint was coming off in large section revealing a stained and rusty tub floor.

Summary: Bathroom was filthy upon check out and i let the lady know up front since we checked in around 1140ish pm on 07/24. I also told her i was a member and she said i didnt get points for my stay. Didnt explain why and she aksed me to send her the images i took which i did. She sidnt even apologize for it being dirty and said your good to go.

Summary: Love this hotel! I stay here every time we come to Lubbock, for the last 6 yrs. I like that the rooms are so spacious, especially the suites. High ceilings, lots of open space. Best rooms I've seen for a very inexpensive price. Breakfast is advertised as continental, but offers way more than most continental (muffin assortment). This offered waffles, eggs, and biscuit w gravy.
